We offer a payroll service to churches at competitive prices! Primarily aimed at those within the Youth for Christ family and Norfolk churches, we are flexible for those that need this extra support.

What you can expect from us:
- Processing your payroll each month, issuing payslips and invoices for the Tax and National Insurance due to HMRC, and any administration fee. We will use the information you give to us regarding salary, sick pay, maternity or paternity pay, pension etc.
- If an Employee is due to start employment with you, we will process them as a New Starter using the information provided by you for salary etc. and process their payroll each month as above.
- If an Employee leaves your employment, we will process them as a Leaver and issue them with a P45 form.
- At the end of each Financial Year, we will process your Payroll Year End and issue your Employees with their P60 forms.
- Be a friendly voice where issues arise!
You can choose the date you would like your Employees to be paid, usually towards the end of the month. We process payroll approximately a week in advance of the pay date so you know in advance the figures that need to be paid. The salary received by Employees will cover the whole month.
